New to Reiki or my practice in Lehi, Utah?
Here are answers to the most common questions clients ask before their first session.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-above-body) energy healing practice that supports your body’s natural ability to relax and rebalance.
It is not a religion, and you do not have to believe anything in particular for it to work.
No. Reiki is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical or mental health treatment.
Always consult your doctor, therapist, or licensed healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.
You’ll arrive at the studio in Lehi, share how you’re feeling, and set an intention for the session.
You then lie fully clothed on a comfortable table while I gently place my hands lightly on or just above your body.
Most clients experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can relax in. You remain fully clothed for the entire session.
You may wish to remove shoes, belts, or heavy jewelry so you can rest more easily.
During Distance Reiki, we connect by phone or video while you rest comfortably at home.
I send Reiki remotely while you relax, similar to an in-person session.
Many clients report feeling the same warmth, calm, and emotional release as they do in person.
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, including a brief check-in and time to share after.
Distance sessions are often 45–60 minutes depending on your needs.
Most people feel relaxed, lighter, and more centered.
Occasionally you may notice emotions surfacing or feel extra tired as your body integrates the work.
Drinking water, resting, and gentle movement can help support integration.
It depends on your goals. Some clients come once a month for maintenance and stress relief,
while others schedule more frequently during times of transition, grief, or healing.
Yes. A limited number of evening and weekend appointments are available in Lehi.
